Qinf Website Privacy Policy

Qinf is a product operated by Tap Slots Inc., a Delaware corporation based in Las Vegas, Nevada (Tap Slots, Qinf, we, us, or our).

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information connected with qinf.com, Qinf inquiries, and the current internal/pre-commercial preview.

1. Current scope

Qinf is currently being developed and evaluated internally for Tap Slots applications and is not offered as a paid or self-service product to unrelated customers. Qinf does not currently handle live application sends or hosted customer data. This Policy covers the public Qinf Website and communications about Qinf.

The Website does not currently create Qinf customer accounts or directly collect Tap Slots player data. Privacy notices for the relevant Tap Slots game or application govern player information processed for those applications. A future external Qinf service will require updated privacy terms and, where applicable, customer data-processing agreements before unrelated customer data is accepted.

2. Information we collect

Information collected when the Website is delivered

Cloudflare, our internet infrastructure provider, may process:

• IP address and network information;
• browser, device, operating-system, language, and user-agent information;
• requested page, referring page, timestamps, response status, and request headers; and
• page-view and browser performance timing metrics; and
• security and abuse-prevention signals.

This information is generated when a browser requests the Website and is used to deliver and protect it.

Information you provide

If you email or otherwise contact us about Qinf, we may receive your name, business email address, employer, job title, country, application or technical requirements, and the content of your message and subsequent correspondence.

Please do not send passwords, private keys, provider credentials, complete push tokens, sensitive personal information, or production data through an inquiry.

Cookies and analytics

Qinf uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page views and Website performance. Cloudflare injects a browser performance beacon and describes its Web Analytics service as not using cookies, local storage, or individual fingerprinting for analytics. Qinf does not currently run advertising scripts or analytics from another provider on the Website.

If we add advertising, analytics from another provider, forms, chat, cookies, or similar technology, we will update this Policy and provide choices or obtain consent where required before enabling it.

3. How we use information

We use Website and inquiry information to:

• deliver, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Website;
• detect abuse, attacks, and technical problems;
• respond to inquiries and communicate about Qinf;
• evaluate potential internal or future pilot use;
• improve the Website and product planning;
• maintain appropriate business and security records;
• comply with legal obligations and lawful requests; and
• establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We do not currently use Qinf Website information to build advertising profiles.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose information:

• to Cloudflare, which provides Website hosting, content delivery, DNS, TLS, network security, and privacy-focused Web Analytics;
• to email, IT, security, and other service providers that help us receive and respond to inquiries or operate the Website;
• within Tap Slots to personnel who need the information for the purposes in this Policy;
• to professional advisers or transaction participants subject to appropriate confidentiality;
• in connection with a reorganization, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the Qinf business; and
• when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the Website.

We do not currently sell personal information collected through the Qinf Website or disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Retention

We retain Website security and request information for the period configured by our infrastructure providers and reasonably needed for security, troubleshooting, and legal purposes. We retain inquiries and business correspondence while evaluating or maintaining the relationship and as needed for ordinary records, disputes, and legal obligations.

Retention varies with the nature of the information. We delete or deidentify it when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backups, security records, legal holds, and records we must keep by law.

6. Processing locations

Tap Slots is based in the United States. Cloudflare and our other providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Those locations may have privacy laws different from the place where you live. Their privacy notices describe their operations and transfer practices. We will take additional steps when applicable law requires them.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. The public Website is served over HTTPS and uses infrastructure security and access controls. No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Report a suspected Qinf Website security issue to support@qinf.com. Do not include an exploit payload, credential, or another person's personal information unless we ask for it through a secure channel.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law and where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, or to receive information about how personal information is used and disclosed. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on consent.

Send a request to support@qinf.com with “Qinf privacy request” in the subject. We may need to verify your identity and authority. Some information may be exempt from a request or retained where law permits or requires.

Because we do not currently sell Website personal information or disclose it for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is no current Website sale or targeted-ad disclosure from which to opt out.

9. Children

The Qinf Website is intended for business and technical audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly use the Website to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child submitted information through the Website, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

10. Third-party links

The Website may link to third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this Policy.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as Qinf changes. The current effective date and version will appear on this page. If a change materially affects information we already hold, we will provide additional notice where required.
