Qinf Website Terms of Use
- Effective
- August 7, 2026
- Version
- 1.0-precommercial
Qinf is a product operated by Tap Slots Inc., a Delaware corporation based in Las Vegas, Nevada (Tap Slots, Qinf, we, us, or our).
These Terms of Use apply to qinf.com and the public information, documentation, and preview material made available through it (the Website).
1. Current status of Qinf
Qinf is currently an internal and pre-commercial product being developed and evaluated for Tap Slots applications. It does not currently handle live application sends or hosted customer data. The Website describes the product direction and may invite interest in early access, but it does not offer a self-service account, paid subscription, service-level agreement, or production service to the public.
Submitting an inquiry does not create a customer relationship, guarantee access, reserve capacity, or require either party to proceed. Any non-public pilot or future customer use will require separate written terms approved by Tap Slots. If written pilot terms conflict with these Website Terms, the written pilot terms control for that pilot.
2. Eligibility and permitted use
The Website is intended for business and technical audiences who are at least 18 years old and able to agree to these Terms. You may use it to learn about Qinf, evaluate whether Qinf may fit a future business need, and contact us.
You may not:
- interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its infrastructure;
- use automated requests in a way that disrupts the Website or unreasonably burdens its providers;
- introduce malware, probe vulnerabilities without written permission, or bypass security controls;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation; or
- use the Website in violation of law or another person's rights.
3. No public license to the Qinf service
These Terms permit use of the public Website only. They do not grant a license to Qinf's dashboard, APIs, SDKs, source code, infrastructure, or non-public documentation. Access to non-public Qinf software requires express written authorization and may be withdrawn while Qinf remains pre-commercial.
4. Intellectual property
The Website, Qinf name and branding, software descriptions, documentation, design, and related materials are owned by Tap Slots or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for ordinary viewing and reasonable internal evaluation, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative products from them without written permission or a right that applicable law cannot be waived.
If you send feedback or suggestions, you allow Tap Slots to use them to improve Qinf without payment or restriction. We will not publicly identify you as the source without permission.
5. Third-party services and links
The Website is delivered using third-party internet infrastructure and may link to external sites. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for content or availability outside our control.
6. Pre-commercial information and disclaimers
Qinf is evolving. Website descriptions, screenshots, timelines, features, and availability may change. They are informational and are not a warranty, commitment, offer, or promise that a feature will be released.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website and pre-commercial material are provided “as is” and “as available.” Tap Slots disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for a production dependency.
Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tap Slots and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Website or pre-commercial material.
Tap Slots' total liability arising from the public Website will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid Tap Slots specifically for access to the Website during the preceding twelve months. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal information connected with the Website is described in the Qinf Website Privacy Policy. Qinf does not currently collect Tap Slots player data through qinf.com; the privacy notices for the relevant Tap Slots application govern player information.
9. Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue the Website or update these Terms. The current version and effective date will appear on this page. Changes apply prospectively when posted. You should stop using the Website if you do not agree to an update.
We may block access needed to protect the Website, comply with law, or address a violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by Nevada law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and each party consents to that jurisdiction. This section does not prevent either party from seeking appropriate injunctive relief or using a court with mandatory jurisdiction.
11. General
These Terms are the entire agreement concerning the public Website unless a separate written agreement applies. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a reorganization, merger, sale, or transfer of the Qinf business.
